In order to achieve the best distribution of the property, it was decided to treat the spaces by differentiating the public area, now spacious and diaphanous, from the private area, which is more intimate. The public rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) have been arranged in this way along the main façade, towards the privileged panoramic views of Madrid.

In addition, the terrace was recovered, as a spatial and visual extension to the outside of the dining room and living room.
