Challenge Convert an offices that lacked of charm but had a great potential as for position, views and the huge, neglected terrace filled of air conditioning machines into a cozy second residence in Barcelona.
Solution Develop a 4 bedroom penthouse, with a big living space taking advantage of the great terrace. They opted to incorporate the exposed beams into the project and make them part of it. Adding some nanimarquina rugs into the main spaces, has contributed to get a homely feel even it is a second residence.
