Located in a former textile factory in the picturesque Gràcia neighborhood, the nanimarquina offices have been reborn through a project led by Paula Brusés Marquina (interior design) and Robert Pallí (architect). The proposal sought a comprehensive contemporary renovation that would preserve the essence of the original industrial building, constructed in the early 20th century, while transforming it into a modern and welcoming work environment.
Inspired by the aesthetics of natural, pure materials, with clear influences from Mediterranean and Nordic design, the project aimed to create a functional, comfortable, and healthy workspace, with efficient climate control, proper soundproofing, and maximum well-being. Abundant natural light floods the interiors, highlighting the warmth of pine wood and the neutrality of beige microcement, materials chosen to keep the atmosphere light and understated, allowing the nanimarquina rugs to become the true protagonists of space.
Selected with great care, our most iconic rugs bring a unique personality to each area: Pearls in the entrance, Wabisabi in the lounge, Ceras in the meeting room, Talk Talk on the walls, and Shade in the reception hall.
For the furniture, brands with a design philosophy aligned with that of nanimarquina were chosen, along with a strong commitment to sustainability: Santa & Cole lamps, made from environmentally friendly and locally sourced materials, and Vitra office chairs, fully recyclable and ergonomic, combining the functionality and comfort sought for the project.
The result is a contemporary and serene workspace, where each element, material, furniture, light, and texture comes together to create a human, inspiring environment aligned with the brand’s identity.
