This flat-woven rug handcrafted in India is made by joining three individually dyed pieces to achieve the desired worn effect.

Technique

Hand loomed Dhurrie

Manual weaving on a vertical or horizontal loom that plays with the intersection between weft and warp.

Thin and light rugs that usually feature geometric patterns, as well as firm, resistant and without knots, which makes dhurries clean and easy to maintain rugs.
