Every corner breathes Mediterranean air. Natural light unfolds as a guiding thread, revealing textures, nuances, and a profound sense of belonging. The project was born with a clear purpose: to merge traditional, locally sourced materials with a refined, minimalist, and contemporary aesthetic.

Brought to life with materials crafted entirely in the Empordà, the house evokes the spirit of Cadaqués residences by Bombelli, Coderch, and Milá from the 1950s and 60s: terracotta floors, built-in furniture, pine wood, and glazed tiles shape a project that radiates Mediterranean tradition.

“I’m impressed that works created in that period still feel so current today, almost 70 years later”.

And as could not be otherwise, nanimarquina rugs weave into every space, endowing the house with its unique personality: Nuance in the kitchen, Tones in the dining room, Ceras in the living room, Shade across the outdoor areas, Talk Talk in the children’s bedrooms, and the new Folded collection blend into different rooms as though they had always been there.

This project is more than just a retreat for enjoying the long summer days on the Costa Brava; it is a lifestyle statement. It is a reminder that beauty lies in simplicity and that true luxury is the feeling of being at home.
