1. Shipments and deliveries

Currently, nanimarquina has a shopping and shipping service only for end consumers in Spain, but we are working on reaching more families.

1.2. Delivery times

The indicated shipping times are counted from the moment of order confirmation. In any case, this is an estimate. Delivery is expected within the indicated period, but cannot be guaranteed. On rare occasions there may be possible delays in delivery by our carrier.

1.3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the products ordered. During the order process, the cost of your transport will be calculated.

If you order several products, the shipping costs of the largest product will apply.


1.4. Shipping costs in promotions and offers

The products that are in Promotion or under Discount will be exempt from the "Free Shipping".
If we do not have stock, the maximum waiting period is 180 days from order confirmation. Deliveries that cannot be made due to access difficulties will be borne by the customer both the outward and return. They must notify any detail to facilitate delivery. Prices do not include assembly for items that require it. The transportation service does not include going up to floors. The material is delivered fully packed and protected in its box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of the same before its final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility. The delivery times shown on the web are indicative.
The delivery will be made by making the product available by Nanimarquina at street level indicated by the Client in the purchase order, unless the client chooses the Home Delivery modality. The Client assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products from the moment the products were made available to them in accordance with this clause. In the event that the products show damage due to transport, the customer must indicate the anomalies on the carrier's delivery note. In this case, nanimarquina will repair or replace the defective products as soon as possible.

The lack of customer observations at the time of delivery is equivalent to full compliance with the products received.

The delivery time varies depending on whether the product is in stock or must be manufactured, and is indicated inside each of our files.

By working with materials from different parts of the world, nanimarquina cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies or complications in production. However, Nanimarquina will promptly report any possible delays.

Likewise, there is the possibility of variations in the delivery days during the summer season or the temporary rest of the factories typical of holidays.

1.5. Right of Dissent

The Client who holds the status of consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal, totally or partially, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, without having to assume any cost except the direct costs of shipping and transport.

Once a return has been made, Nanimarquina will proceed to refund the money paid by the Customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days through the same means of payment used by the Customer. Nanimarquina may compensate the transport costs incurred by the collection of the products from the amounts to be returned from the Customer.

If the contract had been financed, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will imply the resolution of financing without any penalty for the Client.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must contact Nanimarquina through the email address or by filling out our contact form . This right will not be exercisable in the case of products created to order or to measure, according to specifications or indications of the Client or clearly personalized.

2. Sample policy

We know that choosing a rug is an important decision. For this reason and to help you, we offer the purchase of up to 5 samples to make it easier for you to choose.

You just have to go to the product sheets of your favorite rugs and in the measurements drop-down menu, select "Sample 18x18 cm". Once you have processed your order, you will receive a message with a discount code with the value of the total samples you have requested. So that within 3 months and when you are clear about which one you choose, you can apply the discount for a larger size rug.

At the moment, this service is only available in Spain.

3. Cancellations, Changes and Returns Policy

The Nanimarquina online store works with the exchange and return policy detailed below. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased at the Nanimarquina online store.
No changes or returns will be accepted when the products are requested by order or made to measure according to the specifications or indications of the Client or clearly personalized.

3.1. Cancellation

Nanimarquina guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their stock order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment, except for items requested by charge.

The Client may request cancellation by sending an email to or by filling out our contact form .

3.2. Changes

If you wish to exchange one product for another, you will have to make a return within 14 days of receiving the product and then place a new order with the product you wish to purchase.

33. Returns

Any Customer may return the products purchased within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt without having to assume any cost except direct shipping and transportation costs and will be deducted from the return of the order. You must request the return of the product by contacting the email address or by filling out our contact form , the request will be reviewed by the quality department.

Those products that are damaged, deteriorated or not properly packaged cannot be returned, nor those products that have been created to order or to measure, according to the specifications or indications of the Client or clearly personalized.

Nanimarquina declines any responsibility in case of defects derived from misuse or improper treatment of its products, only accepting returns for manufacturing defects or products in perfect condition.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our quality department, nor claims after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The goods whose return is previously accepted will be sent with their original packaging or protected to avoid any type of damage during transport to the following address:

The return must be managed through the platform of our carrier. Our Customer Service department will send you all the information on how to complete the process.

If there are several products to be returned, you must group all the items in a single package to facilitate the return.
Once the products are received and checked in our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded within the next 14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product. If the Customer has paid shipping costs for the shipment of the order, these will not be refunded.

4. Warranty of the product

All our products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failure or damage occurs due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The purchaser should refer to the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product. Check more information here .

5. Observations on the rugs

--- Handmade rugs, being a handmade product, may have small, unavoidable variations in terms of measurements and color compared to the original model.

--- The maximum variation in size that a rug can suffer is 5% of its total size. The decrease or increase can affect both the width and the length of the carpet.

--- The yarns used to make the rug are occasionally held together by tiny threads, which can appear on the rug's surface due to friction during use, such as when vacuuming. They are an inherent quality of the rug due to the artisan process and the hand-spun natural wool. If necessary, the threads can be hidden by using a crochet hook to pull them towards the bottom of the rug, out of sight.

--- Due to the natural characteristics of some fibers, carpets tend to leave abundant fluff. Frequent vacuuming is recommended. For its maintenance and cleaning, it is recommended to follow the detailed instructions on the label on the back and in the brochure that accompanies the carpet. More information here .

--- We recommend rotating the position of the rug to avoid possible discoloration effects with prolonged exposure of the rugs to sunlight.

--- The shading or water effect can appear on short-pile rugs, made with the hand tufted or hand loomed techniques.

This effect is due to movement due to the different inclination of the pile or to the pressure exerted by the packaging system and disappears with use and care of the rug. It is not a manufacturing defect and does not alter the quality of the product or affect its durability. nanimarquina will not accept any claim that is related to the effect of water.

--- High pile rugs, due to the length of the pile, these rugs may shed more fluff than usual for some time. Vacuum regularly. As the suction could stretch the threads, in case of loose threads, even with scissors.

--- The rugs of the Bicicleta collection are made manually with recycled materials; for this reason, an exact correspondence in size and appearance between the pieces is not guaranteed. Its appearance of wear and relative dirt is typical of products made with recycled materials.

--- The color of the rugs, applied to materials such as wool and subjected to environmental light conditions, may change with respect to the color of the original samples. In no case is there a total guarantee of chromatic fidelity.

Please note that color stability is not guaranteed when dyeing vegetable fibers and may cause shade differences.

--- All rugs are handmade, which means that their color may vary slightly from the samples shown in the catalogue. These variations do not represent manufacturing faults, nor do they affect the quality or durability of the product.

--- Due to the type of paper used to print this catalogue, slight color differences may be noticed between the images and the original color of the rugs.

The formalization of an order implies the acceptance of these conditions and are not considered manufacturing defects, so the return will not be accepted.
